Digitize Global Ltd is thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for the WeAreTechWomen TechWomen100 Company of the Year Award 2025, which recognises organisations making an outstanding contribution to the advancement of women in technology.
We are honoured to be named among a distinguished group of finalists, alongside EY (Ernst & Young) and TruRating Limited (see full shortlist here).
Digitize was founded by two women with a bold mission—to empower everyone to thrive in a digital world being disrupted by AI. From the outset, our focus has been on tackling the gender gap in technology and inspiring more girls and women to see themselves in digital careers.

Through our dedicated learning platform (learn.wearedigitize.com) and future-ready programmes, we have designed pathways that specifically empower women and girls with digital skills. Our activities and challenges are built around topics carefully chosen to inspire and engage girls, and the number of girls taking part in our TechJams programmes has increased year on year.
Our Digitize Pathways 12-month programme has delivered exceptional results: four out of six graduates were female, and two-thirds of the cohort progressed into digital economy careers or launched their own digital enterprises. We’re proud that our work doesn’t just teach skills but opens doors to long-term opportunities.
From creative projects like Robot Dance Off and the Taylor Swift DigiZine to AI-powered business solutions, Digitize operates at the intersection of education, innovation, and industry. Our mission is clear: break down barriers, spark creativity, and build confidence in technology. Learn more at wearedigitize.com.
> Pam Currie, CEO of Digitize, said:
“Gender inequality remains one of the biggest challenges in the digital and tech sector. As women founders, it has been both a source of frustration and a powerful motivator. We knew we had to create programmes that don’t just talk about the problem but actively break down barriers and open doors. To see more and more girls joining our TechJams each year, and to watch women from our Pathways programme move into digital careers or start their own businesses, proves that change is possible. Being shortlisted for the Company of the Year Award alongside EY and TruRating is a huge honour, and it reinforces our belief that digital skills can change lives.”
The winner of the TechWomen100 Company of the Year Award will be announced in late September 2025 via WeAreTechWomen’s website and social media, with winners celebrated at the prestigious awards ceremony on 20 November 2025 at the QEII Centre, Westminster.
