Meet me; I'm Pamster

I founded Digitize almost like a mission, rather than a business. I’d lived and breathed so many genuinely transformational programmes, strategies, experiences and stories in my work with technology and digital training. I started to really care about it and there was real emotion there.

Some of those stories were so powerful. It made me proud to see young people get digital careers because of our programmes. Or I’d be genuinely moved by a bunch of 8 year olds creating a game in Scratch or some pensioners understanding their smartphone for the first time.

I spend my time now trying to find ways to help as many people as possible make the most of these apps, tools and approaches.

I learned from the best

I’ve spent my career helping people use technology in ways that actually make a difference. I’ve been very lucky to work with some inspirational teams at the Scottish Government and then as Innovation Director for TA Education Scotland working closely with partners like Google and Microsoft.

That experience taught me how to design and deliver best in class programmes and workshops that actually have impact. I’ve learned so much from working with some incredible people and networks.

Say no to boring training

Honestly? I still sit through far too many boring training sessions. I’ve been lucky to work with some amazing companies and people and I’ve learned there are strategies and approaches that can have real impact.

I want every session to have wow moments and for you to leave feeling confident, empowered, and ready to use what you’ve learned straight away.
